Description
The HD8000 is a digital 4-in / 8-out speaker management matrix system with an internal resolution of 32 bit and 192 kHz sampling rate at the inputs and 96 kHz sampling rate at the outputs. The HD8000 is equipped with 4 analog inputs, 8 analog and digital (AES/EBU© format). Two ethernet ports are available at the rear-side. The integrated WiFi© interface including antenna enables wireless remote control. The use of modern and fast DSPs enables a latency (analog to analog) of 0,525 ms only. Each input channel includes a 31 band equalizer, a delay function and a noise gate. The polarity of each input channel can be switched from + to -. Each output channel includes 6 equalizers (with low-shelf, high-shelf and parametric function) and a delay function. The HPF (high-pass filter) and the LPF (low-pass filter) is part of each output channel. Both offer three different operation modes: Linkwitz-Riley, Butterworth and Bessel (up to 48 dB/Oct). Each output channel includes a high performance limiter. The integrated flash memory chip offers space for 30 presets which can be loaded via the preset-menu, three default-buttons or the PC remote software.

PC remote software
The DSP can be adjusted and controlled with the free PC software. This software is a professional tool and enables a quick and effective programming of presets in real-time (online or offline). The program shows adjustments of any filter in a graphic simulation. All DSP-functions and adjustments can be loaded, edited and saved with this tool. The software is compatible with WINDOWS 98©, WINDOWS 2000©, WINDOWS XP©, WINDOWS VISTA© and WINDOWS 7© (all 32-bit and 64-bit versions).

The HD8000 can be connected via ethernet (CAT5 cable or higher) as well as via wireless LAN (local area network). The WiFi© interface including antenna is built in as standard.

The software consists of 1 .exe file only. So it can be easily started by just 1 click. Enter the IP adress of the controller and it is connected.
